Founded in September 2004 Tanker Vetting Service Ltd provides vessels
risk assessment and vetting service for Primorsk Oil Terminal and LUKOIL
Oil Company.
Tanker Vetting Service Ltd is committed to the selection of quality
vessels for the clients use and to raising standards within the industry.
Our Vetting Inspectors are accredited under OCIMF SIRE program for
inspection of Oil, Chemical and Gas Carriers, and are continually
engaged in inspections of these types of vessels worldwide. Regular
attendance at OCIMF training courses ensures that the inspectors are
kept fully up-to-date with any changes within the industry.
We are focused on development and implementation of different projects
for oil companies and oil terminals.
The scope of TVS marine consultancy services includes:
- Conducting SIRE inspections on all categories of oil, gas and chemical
tankers. Our full time SIRE inspectors conducting SIRE inspections for
the following clients:
- LUKOIL
- BP
- Primorsk Oil Terminal
- ENI
- Chevron
- KPI
- Carrying out audits for marine oil terminals
- Carrying out TMSA compliance audits.
- Providing a vetting service tailored to meet individual client
requirements.
- Assisting in developing a vetting policy to meet the client’s needs.
- Providing a general consultancy within our field of expertise.

are covering a vast area of CIS countries by our service.
